Acceptable Use Policy.
The rules for using the Σigmix platform and its modules — your responsibilities, what is prohibited, and the module‑specific rules for AI‑generated content, messaging, meetings, public‑facing surfaces and market intelligence. This policy forms part of the Website Terms of Use and the Sales & Subscription Terms.
Effective date: 2 July 2026 · Version 1.0This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the Sigmix platform and all modules. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, the Sigmix Website Terms of Use and Sales & Subscription Terms. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in those documents. Sigmix means Sigmix, CR 7054521799.
By using the services, you agree to this AUP, and you are responsible for ensuring that everyone using your account, and everyone you contact or process data about through the services, is bound by and complies with it.
1Your core responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: your account and the people you give access to; all content you submit, generate, send, publish, or store through the services ("your content"); the recipients and data subjects you process through the services; and your compliance with all applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other jurisdiction relevant to your use. Sigmix provides tools; how you use them, and the legality of what you produce and send, is your responsibility.
2General prohibited uses
You must not use the services to do, attempt, facilitate, or enable any of the following:
- Break any law, regulation, or binding order of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- Produce, store, or distribute content that is unlawful under KSA law, including content that offends Islam or religious values, content that attacks or defames the King, the Crown Prince, the Royal Family, or State institutions, or content contrary to public order or public morals.
- Produce or distribute terrorist, extremist, or violence-promoting content.
- Produce or distribute pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material.
- Promote gambling, illegal drugs or narcotics, or other activities prohibited under KSA law.
- Defame, harass, threaten, stalk, or invade the privacy of any person.
- Infringe any intellectual property right, or misappropriate trade secrets or confidential information.
- Produce or distribute malware, or attempt unauthorised access to, scraping of, disruption of, or interference with any system, network, account, or data (whether ours, another user's, or a third party's).
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, models, weights, or underlying technology of the services, or use the services to build a competing product.
- Circumvent usage limits, the credit system, access controls, security features, or rate limits, or abuse trials or sign-ups.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Use the services for fraud, scams, phishing, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
- Submit the personal data of any third party without a lawful basis and the right to do so, or in violation of the PDPL.
- Input or process special-category/sensitive personal data, or others' confidential data, without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
We may refuse, remove, block, suspend, or terminate any content or account that breaches this AUP, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities and preserve and disclose data under a lawful order.
3AI-generated content (all Gen-AI modules: Global, KSA Sovereign, Social Designer, Video Studio, Website Builder, Proposals, and AI features elsewhere)
- Outputs may be wrong. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading. You must review and verify every output before relying on it, publishing it, or sending it. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of anything you publish or distribute.
- No professional advice. Outputs are not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other professional advice.
- Your legal compliance. Where you publish or distribute AI outputs (including ads, social posts, videos, emails, websites, and proposals), you are responsible for compliance with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, IP, and content laws — including the rule that advertising must be truthful, not misleading, and identifiable as advertising.
- Provenance and watermarks. Where the services apply a label, watermark, or provenance metadata to AI-generated images or video, you must not remove, obscure, or alter it, and where you publish AI-generated synthetic media externally you must disclose that it is AI-generated as required by SDAIA guidance.
- Synthetic media of real people (deepfakes). You must not create synthetic audio, image, or video of a real, identifiable person without that person's explicit consent, and never for fraud, defamation, or deception. You assume full liability for any synthetic media you generate and publish.
- IP in outputs. As between you and Sigmix, you are responsible for your inputs and your use of outputs. Note that under KSA law purely AI-generated material may not attract copyright protection; we make no warranty that outputs are original, non-infringing, or protectable, and you are responsible for clearing any third-party rights (e.g. in source assets, logos, brands, or likenesses) you supply or incorporate.
4Messaging modules — Email Marketing, WhatsApp & Website Chat (and SMS where offered)
This section is critical. Saudi law (PDPL Article 25 and CST anti-spam rules) requires prior, explicit consent for marketing and advertising messages, and consent buried in a privacy policy or contract is not valid consent. When you use Sigmix to contact your own recipients, you are the sender and the controller of those communications, and you warrant and agree that:
- Consent. You have obtained valid, documented, prior consent (or another lawful basis) from every recipient for the type of message you send, on the channel you send it (separate consent for email vs SMS vs WhatsApp), and you can produce evidence of that consent on request.
- No spam. You will not send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, and you will comply with all anti-spam, telecommunications, and direct-marketing rules in KSA and in each recipient's jurisdiction.
- Identify and allow opt-out. Every marketing message will identify you as the sender, identify itself as promotional where required, and include a working, free, easy opt-out / unsubscribe, which you will honour promptly. You will maintain and respect a suppression list.
- Timing and platform rules. You will respect lawful sending-time restrictions and will comply with the terms of the underlying providers (including Meta/WhatsApp Business policies), which flow down to you.
- Content. You will not use the messaging tools to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content.
- Lists. You will only upload recipient lists you have the lawful right to use; you will not use harvested, scraped, purchased-without-basis, or otherwise unlawfully obtained lists.
You indemnify Sigmix for claims, complaints, fines, or losses arising from your messaging, your lists, your lack of consent, or your breach of this section. We may suspend or terminate messaging features immediately where we receive spam complaints, abuse signals, or provider notices.
5Meetings (KSA and Global) and recording
- Recording is opt-in. Recording, transcription, and any AI meeting-analysis features are off by default and activate only when a user explicitly enables them.
- Participant notice and consent. Where you record, transcribe, or apply AI analysis to a meeting, you are responsible for notifying all participants and obtaining any consent required before recording begins. Unauthorised recording or interception of communications can be unlawful under the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and the PDPL.
- Use of recordings. You are responsible for how meeting content, recordings, transcripts, and summaries are stored, shared, and used, and for the lawful basis to process participants' personal data. For these features you act as controller and Sigmix as processor (see the DPA).
- Residency. KSA-only meetings are geo-restricted to keep data in-Kingdom; global meetings use a global provider and may involve cross-border processing, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6Public-facing surfaces — Website Builder, Surveys, and Chat widgets
Where you use Sigmix to publish a website, run a survey, or embed a chat widget that collects data from your own visitors or respondents:
- You are the controller of the visitor/respondent data you collect; Sigmix is your processor.
- You must publish your own privacy notice and lawful basis to those visitors/respondents, obtain any required consent (including cookie/tracking consent on sites you build), and honour their data-subject rights.
- You must not use these surfaces to collect data deceptively, to run unlawful promotions, or to capture sensitive data without a lawful basis and safeguards.
7Competitor Intelligence
The Competitor Intelligence module aggregates third-party and publicly available information for monitoring purposes. You must:
- Use it only for lawful business-intelligence purposes, and not to harass, stalk, surveil individuals, or build profiles of natural persons in breach of the PDPL.
- Not use outputs to make decisions that unlawfully harm a third party, and verify outputs before relying on them (they may be inaccurate or incomplete).
- Comply with applicable laws on data sourcing and use; you are responsible for your downstream use of any information surfaced.
8stocksIQ — Market Intelligence (financial information service)
This section governs the stocksIQ module. stocksIQ is an information and analytics service only. It is not a financial adviser, and nothing in it is investment advice.
- Information only. stocksIQ provides general market information, data, analytics, and educational insight. It does not provide personalised investment advice, recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, portfolio management, or financial planning, and it does not take account of your personal financial situation or objectives. It operates as an information service within the exclusion from "Advising" under Article 15 of the Securities Business Regulations.
- Not licensed. Sigmix is not authorised or licensed by the Capital Market Authority (CMA) or the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to carry on securities business, including advising, arranging, or managing investments.
- No reliance. You must not treat any stocksIQ output as the basis for an investment decision. Do your own research and consult a CMA-licensed financial adviser before making any investment.
- AI limitations. Insights are generated by algorithms over historical and public data and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Past performance does not indicate future results.
- Market data. Market data is provided by third-party licensed data providers and is subject to their terms; you may not redistribute it except as permitted.
- No liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigmix is not liable for any trading or investment decision, loss, or damage arising from your use of stocksIQ outputs.
9Enforcement
We may, at our discretion and where appropriate without prior notice for serious risk: remove or block content; throttle, suspend, or terminate features or accounts; preserve and disclose data under a lawful order; and report unlawful activity. We use a graduated approach where practical (notice and opportunity to cure for minor or non-urgent breaches; immediate action for legal, security, fraud, or spam risk). Forfeiture of credits on termination is governed by the Sales Terms.
10Changes, governing law, language
We may update this AUP; material changes are notified per the Website Terms. This AUP is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with disputes resolved as set out in the Sales Terms (Saudi courts for consumers; SCCA arbitration in Riyadh, in Arabic, for business customers). This AUP may be provided in English and Arabic; in case of conflict, the Arabic version prevails.
