Why isn't hardware priced on the site?
Because a number on a page would be wrong for most readers. An appliance is sized against concurrent users, model tier and retention policy — the same product can differ several-fold between two customers. We would rather quote something accurate after a briefing than publish a figure you cannot rely on.
Do we have to buy the whole platform?
No. These are separate products. Plenty of customers run only the Workspace, or only StocksIQ, or only Muraqaba. Licensing one does not oblige you to any other — they simply share an account and an invoice if you do take more than one.
Can we start on the cloud and move on-prem later?
Yes, and it is a common path: trial on the KSA Cloud while procurement runs, then move to a sealed posture. It is the same product, so your team keeps its workflows. What changes is where the compute sits and which model tiers are reachable.
How do you invoice?
ZATCA-compliant bilingual tax invoices in Saudi Riyals, issued by a MISA-licensed Saudi entity. Bank transfer is supported. Commercial details are in the footer of every page.
Is there an education or government rate?
Public-sector and education pricing is handled through the briefing rather than a published discount, usually alongside the framework or tender process those buyers are already running.
How does the trial and the card work?
You can start with a few messages free — no card required. To unlock the full 7-day trial you add a payment method, and unless you cancel before it ends, the trial
converts automatically to a paid subscription at the then-current fee plus VAT on day 7. You can cancel in one or two clicks from your account dashboard at any time. The full detail is in the
Sales & Subscription Terms.
