Custom solutions

When the product isn't the answer, we build it.

Most teams start with our products. Some arrive with software they already run, a workflow nobody sells a product for, or a system that has to keep working exactly as it does — with AI inside it. That is the work this page is about.

What we build

AI into what you already run.

The same engineering team that builds our products, the same sovereignty rules, the same deployment choices — applied to your systems instead of ours.

  • AI inside your existing software. Your ERP, your portal, your internal tools. We add the AI layer — drafting, extraction, summarising, search over your own documents — without you replacing the system your people already know.
  • Chatbots for systems you already have. A bot that answers from your product catalogue, your policy library or your ticket history, wired into the CRM or helpdesk you already run.
  • Mobile apps. iOS and Android, Arabic-first, talking to your backend — or to a sovereign AI model running in the Kingdom.
  • Document and workflow automation. The repetitive path a team walks every week: intake, classify, extract, route, draft the reply, escalate what a human must decide.
  • Custom models and private deployments. When an off-the-shelf model is the wrong shape, or the data cannot leave a specific room.
  • Integrations. Between our products and the rest of your estate — identity, storage, SIEM, ERP.

How it works

1 · ScopeA technical session with the people who will run it. We come back with what we would build, what we would not, and why.
2 · Fixed proposalScope, price and timeline in writing before anyone commits.
3 · BuildDelivered in stages you can see, not one reveal at the end.
4 · HandoverSource, documentation and a support arrangement — or we run it for you.

The same rules as our products

ResidencyOn your hardware, in your rack, or on in-Kingdom cloud — your choice, stated up front.
Your dataNever used to train any model.
HonestyIf a product we already sell solves it, we will tell you that instead. It is cheaper for you and better for us.

Tell us the problem, not the specification.

The most useful first conversation is about the constraint you are working against — the system that cannot change, the data that cannot move, the deadline that is real. Bring whoever will have to live with the result.
