Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or object to how it's processed. Submit your request below — we verify identity first, then respond within 30 days.

How we handle your request
Identity first
We verify before we act. To protect your data from impersonation, we confirm you are the data subject — usually via your account email — before disclosing, changing or deleting anything.
30-day response
We respond within 30 days of a verified request, in line with the PDPL. Complex requests may take longer — if so, we tell you why and when.

Good to know
Financial records
Tax invoices and financial ledgers are retained as required by Saudi tax and commercial law even after a deletion request — they hold no more personal data than the law requires.
Company workspaces
If your data lives inside a customer's workspace, Σigmix acts as that company's processor — we may need to route your request to them under our DPA.
